The complimentary boat shuttle to Venice was a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the city. The service was really good, with attentive staff always going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel grounds were meticulously maintained, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunset. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and lovely experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being situated on its own island. The arrival experience was also great, with a warm and efficient welcome from the staff. The pool area was spacious and provided a nice area for sunbathing.

the shower in the room was not up to par, lacking proper water pressure.

We loved the peaceful location on an island in the lagoon and the easy shuttle ride to the main island. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful gardens and amazing swimming pool, were fantastic. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the spa center provided a variety of massages and beauty treatments, and the heated swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. the restaurant offered a diverse menu with gourmet dishes, and the in-room breakfast was delivered promptly. The private facilities were exclusive, and the location advantages made transportation to nearby attractions effortless. Cons: One minor issue was the limited seating in the poolside snack bar, making it difficult to find a spot to sit during peak hours. this was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from the overall experience.
