The complimentary boat shuttle to Venice was a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the city. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff always going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel grounds were meticulously maintained, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunset. we highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience.

The hotel's location was absolutely stunning. Being situated on an island provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the complimentary boat shuttle to and from the main land was a great convenience, making it easy to explore Venice. Additionally, the well-maintained gardens and outdoor lounges provided a beautiful and relaxing space to unwind.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food and the lounge bar is the perfect place to relax with a cocktail while enjoying magic tricks from the talented barman.

Some confusion may arise during breakfast service due to occasional language barriers among the waiting staff.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being situated on its own island. the arrival experience was also great, with a warm and efficient welcome from the staff. the room itself was beautiful, with a lovely view overlooking nature. the breakfast spread was varied and excellent, offering a wide range of options. the pool area was spacious and provided a nice area for sunbathing.

the shower in the room was not up to par, lacking proper water pressure.

We loved the peaceful location on an island in the lagoon and the easy shuttle ride to the main island. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful gardens and amazing swimming pool, were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast provided was outstanding and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the spa center provided a variety of massages and beauty treatments, and the heated swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. the restaurant offered a diverse menu with gourmet dishes, and the in-room breakfast was delivered promptly. The private facilities were exclusive, and the location advantages made transportation to nearby attractions effortless. Cons: One minor issue was the limited seating in the poolside snack bar, making it difficult to find a spot to sit during peak hours. this was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from the overall experience.
